What it does

• Log each contributor's at-risk inputs: time at an agreed rate, cash, expenses, and supplies.
• A live equity split that recalculates as contributions accrue, instead of fixed percentages guessed up front.
• Configurable multipliers weight cash above time, reflecting who is taking the bigger risk.
• A breakpoint freezes the split into fixed equity when the venture is funded or profitable.
• A recovery framework adjusts fairly when someone leaves, whether they quit or are let go.
• Every number traces back to the contribution that created it.
