Energize Posse 2-15 users $150 /quarter Teams of 2 to 15. The core plus optional paid plugin add-ons and priority support.
Vitalize Ensemble 15-50 users $500 /quarter Growing shops of 15 to 50. Adds onboarding help and the database-engine options.
2. Add plugins
Bolt on what your team uses. Each is a flat add-on. Hover the info dot for what it does.
Kanban $25 /quarter A board that reads and writes your GitLab issues directly, so there is no second copy to keep in sync. Drag a card between columns to move the issue, and edit cards without leaving docu.nexus. The board lives in your space as its own page.
Requirements $50 /quarter A requirements database that lives as pages in your space, with a typed attribute schema and trace links between requirements. A systems tree, a verification matrix (VCRM), and a traceability graph tie it together. DOORS, without the DOORS.
Database engines PostgreSQL included Run docu.nexus on the database your IT already operates. PostgreSQL is the native engine and comes included; MySQL/MariaDB and Microsoft SQL Server are paid, instance-wide backends. The engine is chosen once at deploy time for the whole install.

Otis AI that works over the pages and data already in your space, so it answers from your own work. It lives in the editor where you write, and is built to act on your content, not just chat about it.
Test data Keep test cases and their results in the same space as the requirements they verify. Record what passed and what did not, and trace each case back to the requirement it covers. Pairs naturally with the Requirements plugin.
Data tables Structured tables that live in your space as their own document type, with typed columns instead of free-text. Query and filter rows to pull the slice you need, and reference the data from the pages that describe it.
Inventory Track parts, assets, and stock levels in the same space as the docs that describe them. Each stock record is a page, so it links to the specs, procedures, and requirements it belongs with.
Git Docs Point it at a git repo and it renders the whole docs tree as a browsable, read-only wiki inside docu.nexus. A branch and tag switcher lets readers view docs at any ref, and a provenance banner shows the exact commit each page came from. Git stays the source of truth; docu.nexus never writes back.
Pie Dynamic equity splits for founding teams, based on the Slicing Pie model. Log each contributor's at-risk time, cash, and expenses, and the split recalculates as contributions accrue instead of being guessed up front. A breakpoint freezes it into fixed equity, and every number traces back to the contribution behind it.
